By creating an account, accessing, or using Cyber-Church, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cyber-Church. If you are using the platform on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform

Cyber-Church provides tools for worship, live streaming, on-demand content, church discovery, community engagement, and related digital ministry features. You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content
• Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
• Do not use the platform to distribute spam or malware
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, and community standards

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Cyber-Church a license to host, display, distribute, and process that content as needed to operate the service. Churches and streamers are responsible for the content they publish and for obtaining any required rights or permissions.

Some features may involve paid subscriptions, donations, or other transactions. Additional terms may apply at checkout. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account unless otherwise stated.

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or community safety standards. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to protect users and the platform.

Cyber-Church is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDN GROUP LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

You may stop using Cyber-Church at any time. You may also request account deletion as described on our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Cyber-Church after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
