Delete Account

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Your profile, preferences, and account settings will be removed
• Content or activity tied to churches, streams, or communities may be handled according to church ownership and moderation policies
• Active subscriptions or billing relationships may be canceled as part of deletion
• Export or save any information you want to keep before proceeding

If you are signed in on the web:

• Go to your Profile page
• Open account preferences
• Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps

You can start from your profile here: /profile.

If you use the Cyber-Church mobile app, open Profile and follow the same delete account flow from your account settings.

If you cannot access your account or need assistance completing deletion, email our support team from the address associated with your account.
